Unlike many so-called “half pig” boxes, this is an honest representation of half a pig, a celebration of nose-to-tail eating and traditional carcase butchery.

To ensure freshness and food safety, this order must be received in person and cannot be left unattended. Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery at the address provided.
